Warrior Katana

Since their initial introduction, the Emperor Series swords have proven to be popular with many of Cold Steel®'s customers. Still, Cold Steel® is aware that there are some people who want a battle-ready sword but hope to find one at a more affordable price.

The Warrior Series addresses this problem directly. These swords share the same high-performance 1060 steel, heat-treatment and sharpness as their Emperor counterparts, but Cold Steel® has omitted their expensive mirror-polishing in favor of a more practical finish. This makes the Warrior Series a perfect choice for training and perfecting cutting techniques (Tameshigiri) without damaging or tarnishing the blade.

Gute gemachtes Schwert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig, wie von Cold Steel gewohnt.
Das Schwert wurde in einer angemessenen Verpackung geliefert.
Die Qualität entspricht den Erwartungen, jedoch ist die anfängliche Schärfe verbesserungswürdig, lässt sich aber mit etwas Nachbearbeitung optimieren.
Nach einer kurzen Politur der Klinge und einigen optischen Anpassungen an Tsuba, Fuchi, Kashira und Kojiri, präsentiert sich das Schwert optisch sehr ansprechend.

Sieht gut aus und ist scharf

Sieht wirklich gut aus und ist scharf. Es ist nicht poliert, aber das ist verständlich. Ich bin gespannt, wie es beim Schneiden einer Matte abschneidet.

Gute Verarbeitung, aber nicht sehr scharf

Die Verarbeitung ist wie erwartet hervorragend. Die Verpackung bei B-M war sehr gut. Zur Schärfe: Nach ein wenig Recherche weiß man, dass diese Schwerter robust sind, aber selten wirklich scharf. Es ist teilweise leicht scharf, muss jedoch selbst geschärft werden, um es für Schnitte verwenden zu können (etwa 10 Euro für einen Korkblock und Nassschleifpapier).

Gut gemachtes Schwert

Das Cold Steel Schwert ist gut verarbeitet und hat ein angenehmes Gewicht. Es liegt gut in der Hand. Dies ist eindeutig ein echtes Schwert, das im Kampf gut funktionieren würde, falls jemals benötigt.
