Spartan, Folding Knife with AUS 10A stainless steel blade
2019 Model

Designed by celebrated custom knife maker Andrew Demko, the Spartan is one of Cold Steel®'s most popular folding knives.

Its super-sharp stonewashed blade is made from AUS 10A steel and was designed to echo the aesthetics and cutting performance of the world-famous Kukri. Its distinctive Kopis-inspired handle is precision injection-molded out of Griv-Ex™ with heat-treated steel liners, and this, in addition to Cold Steel®'s famous Tri-Ad® lock, makes for a knife that is incredibly safe and secure.

The Spartan also features the patented Demko thumb plate, which can be used to open the knife like a conventional one-handed opener or be snagged on the edge of a pocket during the draw stroke and opened at lightning speed!

2019 Model - The Spartan with AUS 10A steel blade replaces the discontinued CTS® BD1 steel version (Product No. CST-21SC).

AUS 10A Stainless Steel
AUS 10A is equal in strength and toughness to AUS 8A, but has the extraordinary advantage of an additional 20% in edge-holding ability. This ability to retain a sharp edge for a longer period of time gives it wider performance advantages over other, more common stainless steels.

Tolles Messer!

Musste es einfach für meine wachsende Cold Steel Sammlung haben. Die Klingenform ist nützlich, scharf direkt aus der Verpackung und äußerst robust. Wird definitiv in meiner EDC-Rotation sein.

Extrem robustes Messer

Dieses Messer ist mit Abstand das robusteste, das ich besitze, sogar im Vergleich zu Marken wie Benchmade und Spyderco. Der Gegenwert für das Geld dieses Messers ist enorm.
