Cold Steel®'s Commercial Series is the culmination of all those years of accumulated knowledge. Lynn has developed a huge range of versatile blades for commercial users and professionals. From slaughterhouses and butchers, commercial kitchens and chefs to hunters and fishermen, there are blades for everyone!

Each knife is made from razor-sharp 4116 steel, for ease of re-sharpening at work or in the field. Their handles feature a stiff Zy-Ex™ core on the inside for durability, and a softer, food-safe Kray-Ex™ exterior providing a comfortable non-slip grip for hours of use.

4116 Stainless Steel
4116 is a fine-grained stainless steel that's often used in the pharmaceutical industry and in high-end kitchen cutlery. Its carbon and chromium content is balanced for excellent corrosion resistance and strength. Capable of taking a very fine, sharp edge, it makes an excellent choice for outdoor hunting knives and kitchen-utility applications.

Hervorragendes Kochmesser

Man kann hunderte von Euros für ein teures japanisches Kochmesser ausgeben, aber keines wird in der Qualität besser sein als dieses Kochmesser von Cold Steel! Ich habe 6 weitere Produkte von Cold Steel, und sie sind alle von hoher Qualität! Ich habe nicht gezögert, dieses Messer zu bestellen, als ich sah, dass es von Cold Steel hergestellt wurde. Der strukturierte Gummigriff liegt sehr sicher in der Hand. Und die Klinge ist aus hochwertigem deutschen Stahl gefertigt. Ein sehr hochwertiges Kochmesser! Ich verspreche, Sie werden mit diesem Messer vollständig zufrieden sein! Kaufen Sie einen hochwertigen Schärfer dazu.

Groß und Scharf

Mit seiner 10 Zoll Klinge ist dieses Messer groß und scharf. Beim Schneiden einer Orange bleiben fast keine Säfte auf dem Schneidebrett. Nach einigen Zügen über den Schleifstein und dem Lederriemen schneidet es mühelos durch dünnes Papier. Trotz seiner Größe ist es sehr handlich. Die Küchenserie von CS enttäuscht nicht.

Hochwertiges Messer zu einem tollen Preis

Dieses Messer ist dick und scharf direkt aus der Verpackung. Ich besitze viele klappbare Cold Steel Messer und dieses Chefmesser enttäuscht nicht. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zusammen mit den Victorinox Messern, die dünner sind. Musste eins für ein Familienmitglied kaufen, um es zu probieren.
