The series feature high performance ice tempered, cryo-quenched and precision flat ground German 4116 steel blades for exceptional cutting performance. All models in the series come with a razor-sharp edge that lasts and lasts, and some have serrated edges uniquely appropriate to the tasks they were designed for.

As of 2016, the Kitchen Classics feature a re-designed handle to ensure a secure, yet comfortable grip. Each handle is composed of a stiff Zy-Ex™ core on the inside for durability, with a softer, food-safe Kray-Ex™ exterior for the kind of non-slip grip that must be felt to be appreciated! More comfortable, convenient and secure in hand, and delightfully easy to clean - the improved Kitchen Classics series is better than ever!

4116 Stainless Steel
4116 is a fine-grained stainless steel that's often used in the pharmaceutical industry and in high-end kitchen cutlery. Its carbon and chromium content is balanced for excellent corrosion resistance and strength. Capable of taking a very fine, sharp edge, it makes an excellent choice for outdoor hunting knives and kitchen-utility applications.

Sehr scharfes Messer

Ich habe es als Geschenk für meinen Onkel gekauft, er benutzt es jetzt jeden Tag und es ist sein Lieblingsküchenmesser. Die Griffe sind sowohl bei Nässe als auch bei Trockenheit rutschfest und man muss sich keine Sorgen machen, dass es aus der Hand gleitet. Die Schneide hält gut und das Messer war von Anfang an extrem scharf dank des Nullanschliffs ab Werk.

Das beste Messer

Scharf wie eine Biene, dieses Messer ist unglaublich. Harte, dicke Klinge, die jahrelang hält. Rasiert wie ein Rasiermesser (sowohl oben als auch unten, falls Sie sich fragen). Es ist großartig. Fast zu gut, um es zu benutzen. Ich empfehle dieses Messer allen, egal ob für den Einsatz bei Menschen oder Haustieren. Es wird Sie nicht enttäuschen.
