In the right hands, the great sword/montante was an intimidating and devastating weapon. Our great sword is made of 1060 carbon steel and is full of sophisticated decorative and functional accents, from the beautiful ribbed pommel to the elaborately riveted leather grip. It is an impressive, intimidating sword in original size that fits perfectly in the hands of a 2.10-metre-tall Swiss mercenary or in your hands.
